Three Craws in the Ember Inns family is recruiting a Part Time Shift Supervisor to warmly welcome guests, train staff and lead a team delivering great service. You’ll be part of the local community hub, where traditions of pub grub, fireside moments and real ales set the scene.

As a shift supervisor you’ll manage day-to-day operations, guide your team, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and help ensure every guest feels welcome and valued across our brands.

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team

• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
