Maguro Group is seeking friendly servers for Pochawa to guide guests through the dining experience with warmth and knowledge. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, deliver dishes with allergen awareness and process payments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Warm, engaging and confident when connecting with guests.
• Interest in food, culture and delivering a brilliant experience.
• Able to stay focused and positive in a busy environment.
• Flexible for evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, seating and guiding guests through the full dining experience.
• Taking and processing food and drink orders with accuracy and knowledge.
• Delivering dishes with attentiveness and allergen awareness.
• Handling guest queries, requests and issues with warmth and professionalism.
• Processing payments and handling till operations correctly.
• Keeping your section clean, well-presented and welcoming throughout every service.
