About The Role

As our Guest Experience Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, increasing revenue, building relationships with local businesses and increasing our guest database through proactive and reactive sales initiatives. You will also be responsible for delivering best-in-class operational experiences that keep our guests coming back whilst playing a key part in operational delivery as part of the management team, responsible for our Reception Hosts.

Essential

  1. Previous experience in a management role.
  2. Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
  3. Knowledge of sales processes, Collins and Zendesk.
  4. Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and develop lasting relationships with local businesses and clients.

Desired

  1. Background in bars, restaurants or entertainment venues.
  2. Previous experience of managing and developing a team.
  3. Experience of database management.
  4. Confident communicator across all channels.
