We are recruiting for a Guest Experience Luggage Porter at the newly opened art’otel Hoxton, a vibrant hotel in London's cultural hub. The hotel features 26 floors, a skyline view, gallery space, two Banksy originals, 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym, and two restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, guest-responsive atmosphere with attention to detail
• Collaborate with other departments
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and connect with guests
• Perform doorperson duties when scheduled, acting as the first point of contact for guests
• Manage requests promptly, politely, and with care
• Possess good command of English and excellent communication skills
