Job summary

Corecruitment is seeking a Guest Experience Manager for a luxury hotel in Hertfordshire. You will lead the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring a highly personalised and seamless experience for every guest.

Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Events to uphold exceptional service standards, coach teams, and ensure VIP and high-profile guests receive outstanding attention.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in luxury or high-end environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the guest journey from arrival to departure with high service standards.
• Build strong relationships with guests and create personalised experiences.
• Manage VIPs, repeat guests and special occasions.
• Proactively handle guest feedback and resolve issues discreetly.
