National Trust invites applications for a Welcome Manager at Standen House and Gardens. You will lead a small but vital team, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and connection to Standen’s history and beauty.

Reporting to the Visitor Operations Manager, you’ll drive welcoming standards, oversee spaces and a charity book shop, while upholding National Trust guidance and policies. You’ll be supported to inspire staff and volunteers, build partnerships and grow charitable income, with a

• Experience in visitor services, tourism, heritage or similar situations
• Naturally curious about people and motivated to give the highest standards of service
• Highly organised

Mansioni

• Line manage a team of 10 part-time staff and over 30 volunteers
• Oversee operations around Standen's visitor welcome spaces and their presentation
