Job summary

JLL in Manchester is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador for the Amazon account to deliver high standards of engagement with visitors and internal/external customers through front‑of‑house and event services. You will manage sign‑in, badges, queries, and direct visitors during on-site activities, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Own visitor experience and deliver front-of-house services.
• Handle sign‑in, badging, luggage, lost and found and queries.
• Greet and direct candidates, visitors and on-site events.
• Maintain presentation standards across front-of-house and meeting areas.
• Set up meetings and monitor spaces, furniture and equipment.
• Manage Outlook, conference room finder and SharePoint bookings.
• Provide timely responses to meeting inquiries and update room displays.
