Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles within leisure or visitor attractions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the London Cable Car and 100% service availability.
• Manage safety of public, staff and contractors; identify health and safety risks.
• Lead Welcome Hosts, support on-the-job training and guest feedback handling.
