Job summary

CH&CO is currently seeking a Hospitality Assistant (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of operations across our site. You will greet guests, serve customers, and provide a seamless, personalised experience while representing the CH&CO brand.

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about outstanding service, can work flexibly on a zero-hours basis, and take pride in maintaining high standards of food handling and health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is desirable.
• Ability to greet guests with a smile and deliver a personalised service.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and look after guests to ensure they leave delighted.
• Serve customers with a seamless, personalised experience.
• Know the menu well and make recommendations to guests.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
