A leading theatre management company in London is seeking a Guest Experience Host to enhance the customer experience at events. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, maintaining safety standards, and supporting sales operations throughout the theatre. Ideal candidates are passionate about theatre and customer service, adaptable to a busy setting, and enjoy working with diverse teams. Flexible hours with a competitive pay rate of £12.21 per hour.
The Gillian Lynne Theatre is thrilled to be hosting the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of My Neighbour Totoro, and we’re looking for engaging, enthusiastic Guest Experience Hosts to join our team.
At LW Theatres, we believe that every customer experience should be unforgettable. Our Guest Experience Hosts are the face of our theatre, playing an important role in making sure our guests feel safe and welcome. Whether it's checking tickets and bags, ushering inside the auditorium, selling programmes and ice creams or working behind one of our bars and kiosks, you'll create magical experiences for each and every audience member we welcome into our theatre.
Salary: £12.21 per hour, 30 hours/6 days
Job Closing: 17th October 2025
Assessment Centre: Wednesday 22 October 3pm-5pm. Please note we are only holding one assessment centre for this role.
Start Date: ASAP

What we're looking for...
We're looking for someone with some sales and customer service experience - but don't worry if you don't have that. We're more interested in someone that is passionate about providing excellent customer service and can build strong rapport with both guests and colleagues.
You should be calm and efficient when things get busy, and a team player who's comfortable working with others. It's also important to have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to the fast-paced nature of live theatre.
