Job summary

Premier Inn Gloucester (Little Witcombe) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member working around 12 hours per week. You’ll welcome guests, help with check-ins, serve breakfast or dinner, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly.

Shifts include evenings, weekends and busy periods. You’ll be part of a friendly team, learn across the hotel, and have opportunities to take on more responsibilities as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer-focused with the ability to stay calm in busy periods.
• Experience in retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel or customer service is common.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
