Job summary

Sodexo Cambridge Biomedical Campus is seeking a Customer Service and Facilities Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed term contract. You will be the friendly face on site, welcoming employees and visitors while maintaining high standards of facilities operations and guest experience.

The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7am and 7pm. The successful candidate will enjoy on-site perks such as a gym, beverages, park-and-ride and travel discounts while supporting a

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality, retail or hotel environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with the MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and professional first point of contact for employees, clients and visitors.
• Respond promptly to service requests and communications.
• Report maintenance issues and liaise with contractors to resolve.
• Deliver engaging site tours.
• Ensure tea/coffee machines and vending hubs are stocked and maintained.
• Troubleshoot AV in meeting rooms and assist with events setup.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces across meeting rooms and receptions.
• Assist in Food Service areas and serve customers at till points.
• Monitor and report Health & Safety matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience.
• Be cross-trained to support various operation areas.
