Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest service needs in a professional and timely manner.
• Set tables and support meal service across Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banqueting.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep work areas clean and well stocked throughout shifts.
• Handle room service calls, take orders, and process payments according to policy.
• Support opening and closing procedures and follow safety protocols.
