JOB SUMMARY
Our goal is to create memorable and unique experiences for guests. Guest Experience Experts proactively deliver services, handle operational needs, assist with requests, and share local highlights. They manage calls, requests, and concerns, operate the switchboard, relay messages, and assist guests with special needs. They also coordinate with staff to resolve issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
