Balfour Winery, situated on the picturesque Hush Heath Estate in Kent, is one of the UK's leading producers of English wine and Winery visitor centers. Known for our innovative approach and commitment to quality, we are expanding our team to support our ambitious growth plans.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic guest experience executive to join our team. If you are charismatic, love interacting with guests, and passionate about what you do, then we’d love to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the hospitality and guest experience industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the reservations team
2. Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone and email.
3. Monitoring guest satisfaction
4. Guest liaison
5. Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
6. Coordinate with The Winery Cellar door team to ensure service runs smoothly.

We're looking for our guest experience executive to have:

1. Confident, poised, and sociable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
3. Can-do attitude
4. Strong attention to detail and a natural ability to anticipate guests’ needs.
5. Own transport to get to and from work
6. Bring your best self to work
7. Flexible working when necessary - normally 9-5pm but flexibility is needed during busy times and large events.
