Job Description:
- Book hotel activities, spa, and restaurant reservations via phone, email, and guest requests.
- Provide general information about the hotel and assist callers, responding to emergencies by connecting the appropriate personnel.
- Act as the friendly and courteous voice of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Oversee the service process to ensure reservations and appointments are correctly handled within the hotel standards.
- Offer professional, friendly service, multitask, problem-solve, and meet guest needs.
- Maintain personal presentation and interpersonal skills, with a clear, pleasant voice and positive attitude.
- Communicate with all departments via Teams, HotSOS, phone, email, and in-person to meet guest requests efficiently.
- Handle hotel emergency procedures professionally.
- Perform delegated tasks and projects from management.
- Adhere to conduct standards, house rules, fire regulations, and departmental policies.
- Report to shifts on time, notify supervisors of absences, and follow schedule policies.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up on guest requests and issues.
