Qualifications

• No prior retail/hospitality experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.
• Provide a personal touch to customer visits to make them memorable.
• Guide and engage customers, proactively addressing queries and issues.
• Go the extra mile to make people feel welcomed.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere during restaurant events and daily service.
