Job description

The Peninsula London is seeking to hire a Guest Communications Supervisor to join the team. Working alongside the Guest Communications Manager and Senior Supervisors, this role provides leadership, direction, and support to Guest Communications Executives, fostering a motivated team that delivers high standards of service with a commercial mindset. The team handles all guest communications, including Rooms & F&B reservations, Room Service Orders, and Spa.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Exceed guest expectations with service aligned with the Peninsula Service Principles, aiming for continuous improvement and anticipating guest needs.
  2. Maintain detailed knowledge of Rooms configurations, culinary offerings, and implement revenue strategies to maximize sales and revenues in Rooms & F&B.
General Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within Front Office or Reservations in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service, office management, and yielding strategies.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English; second language skills are desirable.
  • Ability to build personalized guest relationships while respecting privacy.
  • Leadership skills in hiring, developing, motivating, supervising, and managing performance of team members.
Additional Information

This role requires night shift duties based on operational needs, and willingness to work these hours is essential.
