Valor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will play a central role in delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with food and beverage service, and helping to create memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities include supporting the team, maintaining clean dining areas, handling guest inquiries, and assisting with events and stock management. Flexible shifts, weekends and holidays, with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
