Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Activity & Leisure Assistant to deliver our programme of activities and sessions across our UK parks. You will support the Activity & Leisure Manager and help create safe, fun experiences for guests of all ages, leading sessions and maintaining leisure spaces.

The role requires a positive, energetic approach with good communication and teamwork. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays is essential, with safeguarding checks

Qualifications

• Experience in leisure, activities or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, energetic approach and passion for guest experiences.
• First Aid at Work qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Taking part in and delivering activity, sports, and leisure sessions that are fun, inclusive, and safe.
• Supporting the smooth delivery of the leisure and activity programme, following all policies and guidelines.
• Ensuring safety of guests and team through equipment use. storage and security.
• Maximising retail and ancillary income through product knowledge and upselling.
• Keeping activity and leisure areas clean, well-presented and safe.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service and representing the park.
