Overview

You will receive comprehensive support from your depot manager and the On-Train team to effectively oversee the day-to-day front-line operations of Guards and Commercial Guards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest standards of safety, punctuality, and customer service are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-line operations of Guards and Commercial Guards
• Ensure safety, punctuality and customer service standards are consistently maintained
• Collaborate with the depot manager and the On-Train team to deliver effective operational support

• Level: 4
• Route: Transport and logistics
• Apprenticeship Level: Higher

Working Arrangements

• Working Week: Monday to Friday - with some flexibility.
• Expected Duration: 2 Years
