Job description

The Guaranteed Relief Cleaner role sits within the Kirklees Cleaning/Caretaking Services. We provide a high-quality cleaning service to schools and non-educational buildings throughout the Kirklees area.

• To be able to meet high standards of quality and health and safety, you will receive training for this.
• To be comfortable in a very flexible, fast-paced working environment.
• To wear appropriate uniform (provided) and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
• Effective communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• A full driving licence and use of a vehicle which is insured for business use are essential
• Flexibility in working hours, as long as is required for the cleaning stint

Paid above the national living wage for the guaranteed hours and then overtime would be paid at an enhanced rate of pay when this goes over 25% of the time you are guaranteed to work. 28 ½ days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year this would increase to 33 ½ days on completion of 5 years' service.
