Inside Sales is a commercially minded customer service function responsible for delivering excellent experiences for customers in sourcing their technology requirements. Inside Sales prioritizes customer needs while ensuring profitable sales for Computacenter. The team focuses on pre-sales, order management, and post-sales operations. Collaborating closely with GTS (Group Technology Sourcing), Country Units, and Delivery teams, Inside Sales supports both customer retention and growth.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience from pre-sales (quoting stage) through to delivery, including overseeing invoicing issues when necessary. A key aspect of the role is managing and developing stakeholder relationships internally and with customers, alongside supporting team development. Proactive management and identifying areas for improvement are essential to delivering the high customer experience expected.
