Talent Partner (GTM)

Duration: 3 month FTC

Location: Remote

Founded in 2020, Scout has Talent Partners located across the UK, Berlin, Barcelona & Lisbon, providing local knowledge and support to our clients. We plan to expand into other cities throughout this year, and we’d love for you to be part of our journey!

This role is initially a 3-month Fixed Term Contract, with potential to extend or become permanent.

The Role

You’ll be embedded into one of our clients as a Talent Partner, embracing their culture, managing end-to-end recruitment, and enhancing the candidate experience.

You will collaborate with the internal TA team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and own hiring processes in sales, ensuring success in Talent Acquisition.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Sales, go-to-market, and commercial recruitment experience is essential
  • Open to in-house or agency experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and develop talent pools
  • Ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience
  • Outstanding attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure a positive brand experience
