In this role you’ll get to:

Foster Client Growth & Acquisition

  • Be the catalyst for new business opportunities, leveraging our suite of services to address client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding our client portfolio while maximizing value.
  • Lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies, guiding your team through every step to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Craft customized growth strategies backed by data-driven insights, setting the stage for client success and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive client business planning sessions, aligning objectives and identifying growth pathways for mutual benefit.

Ensure Retention and Renewal

  • Secure renewals with enhanced terms and profitability, demonstrating the ongoing value of our solutions.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction, understanding client goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.

Cultivate Meaningful Relationships

  • Become a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives, challenges, and industry dynamics.
  • Forge strong connections with key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels and fostering mutual understanding.
  • Keep clients informed on the latest industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices, providing invaluable guidance along their journey.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in SF CRM software and other sales productivity tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community;
  • Salesforce product acumen above and beyond Commerce.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is ideal
  • Referenceable relationships
  • Experience of selling professional services within the Salesforce ecosystem

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position based at our London office. We currently operate in a hybrid working model and you will be expected to visit the London office regularly.
