Job summary

Notion is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to partner with the GTM teams across EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales. You will shape recruiting strategy, run full-cycle hiring, and ensure a rigorous yet delightful candidate experience.

We value collaboration and data-driven decision making, and you’ll work from our offices on anchor days to connect in person. We look for 5+ years of experience in technical GTM recruitment, a track record of closing top talent, and a passion for inclusive hiring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, GTM functions.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through recruiting processes.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide inclusive teams.
• Outstanding communication, detail-orientation, and interpersonal skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the GTM org, owning the full lifecycle from sourcing through close.
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets.
• Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes and thoughtful candidate experiences.
• Partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies.
• Leverage AI tools to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven market insights.
• Champion and scale best practices while adapting for regional nuances.

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support our growth across key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales. In this role, you'll help shape our recruiting strategy, manage full-cycle hiring efforts, and ensure a delightful yet rigorous hiring process.

We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

What You'll Achieve:

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the GTM org, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close
• Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse top talent across EMEA markets
• Ensure scalable and structured hiring plans with consistent evaluation processes while creating thoughtful candidate experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to drive holistic talent strategies
• Leverage AI tools, to innovate recruiting processes and provide data-driven insights on market conditions
• Champion and scale best practices while thoughtfully adapting for regional nuances

Skills You’ll Need to Bring:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, GTM functions
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through our recruiting process while keeping talent density as a priority
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers in creating inclusive teams
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruiting experiences
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Nice to Haves:

• Passionate about leveraging technology and AI to transform recruiting processes
• Fluency in an additional European language
