Job description

Who We Are
We’re a high-growth B2B SaaS business scaling rapidly across new markets. We believe speed, automation, and innovation drive revenue, and our go-to-market engine needs a RevOps leader who can turn that belief into operational reality.

You’ll join a commercial team that values execution over complexity, and outcomes over ceremony. This role is perfect for someone who’s both technically sharp and commercially driven - someone who lives to streamline processes, automate systems, and constantly find smarter ways to increase pipeline.

Your Mission
Your mission is to make Revenue Operations a force multiplier - accelerating how we generate, enrich, qualify, and close leads. You’ll operate at the intersection of systems, data, and process, with a clear mandate: build faster, smarter, automated ways of working that unlock pipeline growth.

From day one, you’ll deep-dive into our GTM motion and map out areas for automation, enrichment, and technical innovation, driving structural improvements in speed-to-lead, lead quality, and conversion.

  • Build dashboards in HubSpot (or other BI tools) that surface real-time performance, trends, and bottlenecks.
  • Translate insights into action - helping commercial teams operate with clarity and speed.

️ Automation & Rev Tech Integration
  • Own and optimise our revenue tech stack - including TitanX, Outreach, Cognism, Clay, HubSpot, Chilli Piper, and Warmly.
  • Write custom logic, scripts, and APIs to connect tools and automate GTM workflows.
  • Set up automated lead enrichment, routing, and scoring to boost rep efficiency and lead velocity.
  • Use Chilli Piper to optimise lead-to-meeting conversion and Warmly to provide real-time visitor intelligence for sales activation.

Pipeline Growth & Process Innovation
  • Be constantly on the hunt for innovative ways to change the way we work to increase pipeline, whether through tooling, process reengineering, or unconventional tactics.
  • Run quick experiments to validate new workflows or lead sources.
  • Help build a growth engine that scales predictably, reliably, and fast.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You Bring

  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Cognism, Outreach, Clay, TitanX, Chilli Piper, and Warmly.
  • Comfortable writing basic Python scripts or working with APIs to build quick automations.
  • A deep sense of ownership and autonomy - you spot problems and build solutions before being asked.
  • Commercial intuition: you get what pipeline means and how to accelerate it.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Outcome-oriented and gritty: your focus is on results, not perfection.
