DESCRIPTION

The Specialty Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role within the Global Specialty Recruiting team. This person will have high visibility with top-level executives worldwide and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle, including scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. Amazon highly values the candidate experience, and the RC for the Global Specialty Recruiting team will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our most senior candidates. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing information and assistance throughout the interview process.

Key job responsibilities

This role impacts candidate and client experience by:

  1. Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
  2. Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, high-quality communication, and support from initial contact to start date
  3. Being the main point of contact for on-site candidates to ensure a smooth interview experience at Amazon
  4. Entering and tracking candidate information in Amazon's database and ensuring relevant partners have access to necessary data
  5. Managing complex calendar schedules and coordinating internal and external meetings
  6. Handling multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow-up, preparation) to ensure timely deliverables
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or related fields
  • Proficiency with web-based tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Slack
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in HR or related field
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, or international environments
  • Experience with technical tracking systems/software (e.g., ATS)
