Job Purpose

The GSP (Global Sourcing and Procurement) data steward is responsible for ensuring the effective management and utilization of the functions data assets including at the source for the assigned sub-domain. This role will oversee metadata management, data classification, enforcement of data policies and standards and serve as a liaison between the data management team and business stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Technology or equivalant
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in Supply Chain or Data management
  • DAMA and/or Snowflake experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of data quality tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
  • Experience with ERP systems, Supply Chain management systems and softwares and data warehousing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
