  • Role: Operations Analyst
  • Salary: £13.58 per hour
  • Hours: 42 Hours per week
  • Schedule: 4 on 4 off days & nights
  • Benefits: Free Gym access, Free parking
  • Qualifications: SIA preferable but not essential, Experience preferable but not essential

Job Description
  • The GSOC is the coordination focal point for security operations monitoring and crisis response across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
  • The GSOC operates 24/7, 365 days a year, involving Operations Analysts and management.
  • As an Operations Analyst, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries and communications with national and international clients by monitoring and responding to alarm activations across many different countries.
  • You will provide advice to callers and report incidents using the designated procedures and protocols set out by our clients.
  • You will maintain appropriate and timely coordination between client sites, personnel, and the relevant management teams daily.
Qualifications
  • SIA licence (or willingness to train to achieve this)
  • Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
  • Good communicator, team player, and multi-tasker
  • Good computer skills
  • Strong written and verbal comprehension
  • Able to remain calm and professional
  • Ability to provide clear and concise advice
  • Understanding of or ability to learn safety and security operations and procedures
