TieTalent seeks a dedicated and friendly student support service professional for its higher education students and apprentices in Colwyn Bay. The role involves managing admissions and providing guidance on courses and funding, alongside excellent customer service, communication, and IT skills. Grwp Llandrillo Menai was established in 2012 through mergers between Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai, and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor. It employs 2,000 staff and serves approximately 21,000 students, including over 1,500 higher education students, across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, and Gwynedd.

To provide an effective, efficient, and friendly student support service to prospective higher education students and apprentices studying at Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai, and Coleg Meirion Dwyfor. Responsibilities include overseeing the admissions process in collaboration with Personal Tutors and Learner Services staff; managing UCAS and college application systems; providing accurate information and guidance on courses and funding; engaging in annual Confirmation and Clearing activities; and supporting recruitment events.
The ideal candidate will have experience in careers guidance, a solid understanding of higher education funding, and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment. Excellent customer service, communication, and IT skills are essential.
