Job summary

Alpha FMC is growing its Financial Services Strategy & Deals team and is recruiting Associates and Senior Associates to work on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy for leading financial institutions and fintech clients.

You will lead workstreams, analyze data, develop client-ready storylines and presentations, supervise junior staff, and contribute to business development across North America and Europe.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in commercial due diligence or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within CDD and growth-strategy projects, including market sizing, benchmarking, and research.
• Develop client-ready storylines and presentations.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Engage with clients and external experts to gather market intelligence.
