• 2-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, corporate development, equity research or similar analytical/commercial advisory environment.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to articulate complex commercial arguments clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proactive commercial curiosity in private equity, TMT, and B2B information markets.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative Analysis: Build market-sizing models, analyze revenue trends and unit economics.
• Primary & Desk Research: Conduct expert and customer interviews, synthesize industry data, benchmark competitors.
• Deck Creation: Translate complex datasets into clear, data-driven slides and investment materials.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate with Managers and Partners to shape the commercial narrative and present to clients.

The role

As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a central role within agile, fast-paced deal and advisory teams. You will work across commercial due diligence engagements and longer strategic projects, turning complex market and customer data into clear, actionable commercial insights for investors and executive management.

Key responsibilities

• Quantitative Analysis: Build market-sizing models, analyze revenue trends, and evaluate unit economics.
• Primary & Desk Research: Run expert and customer interviews, synthesize industry data, and benchmark key competitors.
• Deck Creation: Translate complex datasets into clear, data-driven slides and investment committee deliverables.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate directly with Managers and Partners to shape the commercial narrative and present to clients.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience within strategy consulting, commercial due diligence, corporate development, equity research, or a relevant analytical/commercial advisory environment.
• Analytical Capability: Strong quantitative problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex commercial arguments clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
• Commercial Curiosity: A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in private equity, TMT, and B2B tech/information markets.
