Your role as Growth Specialist:
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Growth Specialist to join our team, focusing on identifying new opportunities across our digital marketing products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, expanding sales pipeline, and making cold calls to generate and qualify leads.
  • Personalized Email and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Seeking out new clients and sales opportunities.
  • Building target prospecting lists across various sectors.
  • Launching campaigns to approach and generate new business.
  • Responding to client queries and providing relevant information to maximize sales potential.
  • Updating information in our internal CRM system.
  • Staying informed about industry and company trends and developments.

Candidate Profile:

We desire someone with abundant energy, resilience, and determination to generate leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn. This role offers significant growth potential within a rapidly expanding company with ambitious future plans.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in a sales environment or similar, e.g., recruitment.

  • Understanding of the digital industry (Performance Media, Web, eCommerce, Data Intelligence).
