Base pay range

We're revolutionising how homeowners find estate agents by combining data, technology, and human insight. Having helped thousands of homeowners connect with top-performing agents, we're now tackling our next growth challenge across multiple product initiatives.

Your first mission: GetAgent Exchange - our partner portal where agents refer buyers with properties to sell outside their area. These are cold but qualified leads that we need to convert into booked valuations. This is a 0-1 conversion challenge that needs someone ready to roll up their sleeves and build from the ground up.

The Role

You'll be our growth specialist, initially focusing on owning the entire GetAgent Exchange funnel while building systems and processes that can scale across other GetAgent products. This is a hands-on, high-leverage role where your experiments and optimisations directly impact our growth trajectory.

Reporting to: Growth Director

Team: You'll work closely with our engineering team, designers, content marketing manager, client services director, and head of strategy

Starting focus: GetAgent Exchange (0-1 conversion challenge) with scope to expand across other growth initiatives

Responsibilities

Know Your Users

Understand user needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Segment users and build personas to guide product and growth decisions.

Drive Strategy

Lead cross-functional ideation and own growth roadmaps, starting with GetAgent Exchange. Use insights to size opportunities and shape quarterly strategy updates.

Measure What Matters

Build dashboards, track KPIs, and turn data into actionable experiment ideas. Identify drop-off points and uncover friction in the user journey.

Ship & Experiment

Run 2–3 A/B tests per month. Scope, spec, and deliver growth features quickly, balancing speed with statistical rigor. Get hands-on when needed.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with marketing, client services, and strategy to align on user insights, feedback, and messaging. Act as the bridge between tech and business teams.

Success Metrics

Primary KPI: Number of referrals who book valuations with GetAgent (starting with GetAgent Exchange)

You'll know you're winning when:

  • You can articulate distinct user segments and their unique value propositions
  • You're running 8-10 high-quality experiments per quarter
  • Conversion rates consistently hit quarterly targets
  • Your insights create a tight feedback loop from data → hypothesis → test → learning
  • You're working closely with marketing to increase reach and nail positioning
  • You've established scalable growth processes that can expand beyond GetAgent Exchange

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Growth PM or Product Marketing background with proven funnel optimisation experience
  • 0-1 experience - You've built conversion funnels from scratch and aren't afraid of ambiguous challenges
  • Technical comfort with BI tools, CRM tools such as Customer.io and testing platforms
  • Cross-functional leadership experience working with engineering and marketing teams
  • Hands-on mentality - You're happy to get stuck in rather than just strategise
