    • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, price sensitivity, and competitor pricing.
    • Coordinate testing, tracking, and refinement of pricing experiments, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reports for actionable insights.
  3. Cross-functional collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
    • Communicate pricing updates and insights clearly to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Support the commercial team by creating training materials and upskilling on pricing, value positioning, and negotiation strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial analytics within B2B or SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of pricing strategies, including value-based and dynamic models.
  • Experience with A/B testing or similar pricing experiments.
  • Commercial mindset balancing profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or subscription-based models is advantageous.
Benefits
  • Flexible working arrangements, including Everyday Flex.
  • 25 days annual leave plus extra days for service, volunteering day, and digital detox day.
