Job summary

bunch is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager for Growth in the Greater London area. You will lead a compact Growth squad to discover, validate, and ship products for upmarket VC funds and private equity managers, starting from real conversations with target accounts.

This greenfield role emphasizes ownership and rapid experimentation, with a hands-on leadership style. From day one, you will own discovery to contracts, collaborating with Commercial to identify opportunities, and turning

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product, with a track record of taking ambiguous, zero-to-one problems to shipped, revenue-generating products.
• Senior or staff level experience, with the ability to run a squad without direction.
• Strong fintech experience and comfort with financial services complexity, regulation, and sophisticated buyers.
• Commercial mindset: think in business cases and ROI, can present to fund CFO/COO, and translate discovery to POCs and contracts.
• Fluent with AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, or similar for research, analysis, and prototyping.
• Experimental by temperament: high-risk, high-reward work, rapid learning from failures.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and small teams; prefer owning one hard problem.
• Exposure to private markets — VC/PE/fund experience is a plus.
• Experience in growth, new-ventures, or incubation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth squad end to end: discovery, roadmap, build, and commercial outcomes
• Work with Commercial to identify target accounts and engage via discovery calls, demos, and POC scoping
• Identify recurring problems across upmarket accounts and decide what to build to deliver ROI
• Prototype fast with the team and AI tooling so ideas become tangible in weeks or months
• Run experiments, killing losers quickly and doubling down on what converts
• Convert prototypes into paid POCs, and paid POCs into signed contracts and product lines
• Lead a small team of engineers as an active, hands-on product manager
