Role Overview

Growth & Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of Made Human. The role blends commercial growth, partnership development, storytelling and strategic market insight.

Working directly with the CEO, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture long-term relationships and help position Made Human confidently within the industry. This role suits someone who is commercially driven, people‑first in their approach and motivated by growth that reflects purpose, impact and meaningful connection.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Commercial Strategy
  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Develop and manage a strong, reliable sales pipeline from first conversation through to contract.
  • Lead pitch and proposal development, ensuring outputs are clear, human‑led and aligned to our mission.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on pricing models, partnership frameworks and long‑term commercial strategy.
  • Evaluate opportunities to ensure alignment with Made Human’s values and impact‑led approach.
Partnership Development & Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture trust‑based relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, agencies and strategic partners.
  • Represent Made Human confidently at industry events, networking forums and showcases.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that enhance our offer, expand our reach or strengthen our market position.
  • Act as an ambassador for Made Human - credible, warm, professional and aligned to our ethos.
Marketing, Storytelling & Brand Support
  • Support the creation of case studies, campaign content and storytelling assets that showcase our work and impact.
  • Contribute to PR activity, award submissions and thought leadership that elevates the Made Human brand.
  • Help ensure the consistency and clarity of our brand voice across proposals, credentials and communications.
  • Support digital and social activity that enhances visibility and reinforces our values‑led proposition.
Reporting, Insights & Strategy
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and revenue forecasting.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity and partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to growth planning, including metrics that reflect both commercial performance and long‑term value.
  • Share strategic recommendations that inform how the agency evolves and expands.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, partnerships or commercial growth roles, within events, experiential or creative industries.
  • Proven track record in building long‑term relationships and converting opportunities.
  • Strong presentation, communication and proposal‑writing skills.
  • Commercially astute, strategically minded and confident in senior conversations.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing your own pipeline.
