GROWTH AND PARTNERSHIPS LEAD

About the Role

An incredible client of our is looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to spearhead growth - uncovering and securing high-value client opportunities across Social, PR, and Experiential. You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, turning ambition into measurable wins.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone with a track record in driving business development and securing new client relationships, ideally in a creative, marketing, or communications agency environment. You’ll lead outbound activity, craft standout proposals and presentations, manage tenders, and bring together the right internal experts to win.

You’ll have the full backing of senior leadership and marketing support, but you’ll be the driver - identifying opportunities, opening doors, and creating momentum in a competitive market.

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or growth leadership, with a proven record of securing significant new business
  • Strong background in PR, social, experiential, or wider marketing services; well-connected within sport, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors
  • Confident and persuasive communicator, excelling in pitches, presentations, and compelling written proposals
  • Experienced in managing the full sales cycle: from outreach to contract, with CRM proficiency
  • Highly detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to bids, proposals, and forecasting
  • Commercially astute with the ability to spot and seize market opportunities
  • Resilient, proactive, and energised by a fast-moving, competitive environment
