Job summary

A highly motivated Sales Support professional is wanted by Allscreens Nationwide Ltd just outside Swinton. You will support field-based account managers and deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, updating order progress, and preparing quotes with accuracy.

You will liaise with customers by phone and email, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely responses while working closely with other departments and couriers. The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong people skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Administration or Sales Support or similar customer-facing role.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and email.
• Accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent people skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers by phone and email, building positive relationships.
• Assisting with day to day enquiries and updating customers on order progress.
• Preparing and issuing quotes, monitoring any outstanding quotes and flagging them up.
• Holding customer issues, liaising with other departments and external couriers where necessary.
• Updating customer records, pricing and the CRM database.
