Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cheltenham to lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring superb customer experience and strong financial performance. You will be hands-on across the busy centre, coaching staff on shift and supporting the General Manager.

In this role you will drive service standards, manage a talented team, and contribute to the centre’s growth plans with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ management experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environment (leisure/hospitality/retail).
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop large teams.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team on shift to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure the centre is safe, welcoming and fun for customers.
• Hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.
