Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-driven strategist to analyze GTM, product, and operational data to uncover insights, diagnose bottlenecks, and identify high-leverage opportunities for growth.

You will guide cross-functional teams, prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact, and drive fast execution across group companies. The role emphasizes rigorous data-driven experimentation and the automation of workflows to scale operations with AI-first models.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical foundation developed in start-ups, investment banking, PE/VC, strategy, or management consulting.
• Ability to form clear mental models quickly in ambiguity and synthesize information rapidly.
• Communicate in a structured, concise, and compelling way, both verbally and in writing.
