Job summary

Qualifications

• Priest must be ordained and licensed to serve in the Anglican Church in the British Isles.
• Experience in parish leadership and mission development is desirable.
• Strong pastoral care, listening skills and ability to work with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead parish in growth, mission and sustainability while encouraging generosity.
• Share ministry with Assistant Priest, Reader, and lay ministers.
• Provide warm pastoral care across all ages and contexts.
• Support and develop worship and music, respecting Anglican liturgy.
• Engage with parish projects including Hall Development and Mission Action Plan.
• Be visible in Addington Village and surrounding areas.
