Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking Production Operatives for long term, stable work at our Hindley Green site. You will operate high-speed machinery, perform quality checks, and contribute to meeting daily production targets within a safety-focused environment.

The role offers 4-week rotating shifts, immediate starts, and built-in paid annual leave of 8 shifts every 4 weeks. A collaborative team will support your ongoing development and success.

The role

Working within a busy production area, you will:

• Operate high speed machinery producing rubber products
• Carry out quality checks to ensure high standards are met

Shift pattern - 4 week rotating cycle

Week 1 - Afternoon Shift
Sunday to Friday | 14:00 - 22:00
Saturday & Sunday off

Week 2 - Morning Shift
Monday to Saturday | 06:00 - 14:00

Week 3 - Night Shift
Sunday to Friday | 22:00 - 06:00

Week 4 - Paid Time Off
Once finishing at 06:00 Saturday morning, you receive 8 paid shifts for your time off.
