Growth Marketing Manager – Tech/Electronics Company
Location: Hybrid – Home & Birmingham Office
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Excellent Benefits

A leading electronics and tech company is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and deliver its digital strategy. This is a high-impact role focused on driving lead generation, digital performance, and multi-channel marketing across both public and private sector audiences.
You’ll lead digital campaigns, own marketing automation and CRM (Salesforce), optimise customer journeys, and scale engagement across web, email, social, SEO, and eCommerce.
Develop and deliver data-led digital strategies to drive leads and growth
Manage Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Cloud) for segmentation, nurture flows, and lead scoring
Plan campaigns tailored to both public and private sector audiences
Use Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance and report on ROI
Oversee website content, UX, and SEO to improve organic traffic and conversions
Lead content and social media strategies across B2B and B2B2C platforms
Manage PPC and paid social to drive traffic and qualified leads
Introduce new martech tools to improve marketing effectiveness
Proven experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally in a tech/electronics business
Expertise in CRM and automation (Salesforce experience preferred)
Strong grasp of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and analytics
Ability to build lead generation campaigns across B2B, B2B2C, and public sector channels
Skilled at using data to improve digital journeys and campaign results
Confident communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver
