A global gaming company based in London is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive data-informed strategies for their PlayStation Store and subscription services. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years of experience in performance marketing and proven success in managing substantial marketing budgets. The PlayStation Store & Services Marketing team is responsible for marketing our flagship PlayStation Plus subscription service, and PlayStation’s multi-billion-dollar D2C businesses (PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct).
We are seeking a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our Performance Management function.
This role is key in driving data-informed strategy and building insightful commercial presentations to senior marketing leadership. Ideal candidates will bring a strong grounding in digital marketing, strategic consultancy, or performance media, with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive business growth.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. The base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$11,799 — $176,900 USD
