About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially-driven, digitally-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company's lead generation strategy and execution. You will play a critical role in building and scaling a digital marketing engine that drives a continuous flow of qualified leads to the sales team.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role for someone who loves getting things done, testing and optimizing campaigns, and making data-driven decisions that directly impact business growth.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy and Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Develop and test lead magnets, landing pages, webinars, and paid media campaigns.
- Apply a structured, test-and-learn approach to scale successful activities.
- Email Marketing and CRM Automation
- Build segmented email campaigns and lead nurturing flows.
- Continuously improve open rates, click rates, and conversion rates through testing and optimisation.
- Manage basic CRM automations to guide leads through the funnel.
- Paid Media Management
- Work closely with paid media specialists to launch and manage PPC and social campaigns (especially LinkedIn Ads).
- Brief and review creatives with lead generation KPIs in mind.
- Analytics, Reporting, and CRO
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other tools.
- Generate actionable reports and insights to inform strategy.
- Suggest and implement website and landing page optimisations to boost conversion rates.
- Collaboration and Project Management
- Coordinate with external consultants across SEO, PPC, CRO, and PR.
- Manage outsourced work with a focus on results and quality control.
- Content Marketing and SEO
- Own the content calendar focused on attracting high-intent prospects.
- Brief and manage writers, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with SEO consultants to drive organic growth and site improvements.
What You'll Bring
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, PropTech, or lead-driven businesses.
- Proven track record of driving measurable lead growth across digital channels.
- Expertise in:
- Content marketing and SEO fundamentals
- Email marketing platforms and CRM automation
- Paid media (especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads)
- Campaign performance tracking and optimisation (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Ability to design, launch, and refine multi-step lead funnels.
- Strong project management skills: organised, proactive, and results-driven.
- Commercial mindset: focused on how marketing drives business outcomes.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Nutshell CRM or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS for content updates.
- Previous experience marketing to niche B2B audiences (e.g., small business owners, professional services).
