The Opportunity:

The digital world is dynamic, and so are we. We're seeking a confident, driven, and proactive Growth Specialist to translate our ambitious strategies into real-world results. Reporting to the Growth Lead, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for a commercially sharp individual with a passion for cutting-edge content and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of event delivery, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality podcast and video content.
• Confidently manage and execute our webinar programme.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the personal brands of key stakeholders.
• Implement and manage our social media strategy, creating engaging content and building our online community.
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient execution and measurable results.
• Support the Growth Lead in tracking and reporting on the performance of growth initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with the Marcomms Manager and Content Marketing Executive to ensure alignment across all marketing and communication efforts.

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with preferable experience in a growth-focused role.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering successful webinars & events.
• Expertise in the practical production of podcasts and video content (filming, editing, distribution).
• Demonstrated ability to support and enhance personal branding initiatives.
• Strong skills in implementing and managing social media strategies.
• Meticulous approach to campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Highly outgoing, confident, proactive, and results driven.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sharp commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how growth initiatives contribute to broader business objectives.
