We are a new games publisher, established by industry veterans with a long track record of success in this space. At present, we are focused primarily on Steam, aiming to build a portfolio of games in niche markets with committed fan-bases.

In this role, it’s your job to own growth marketing activities across multiple titles using your experience to drive creative and impactful traffic to each.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for growing the wishlists (pre-launch) and revenue (post-launch) of our games through optimization and experimentation.

Wishlist Growth

Optimising every stage of the funnel to drive both organic growth, and high-ROI in-organic growth; you will be:

  • Running campaigns to drive wishlists
  • Optimising store pages for conversion
  • Ensuring our messaging / communications match our products (for review scores)
  • Continuously experimenting with new creative, techniques, platforms and services
  • Working with external agencies to produce high-quality assets (trailers, key art, etc) to support your work

You are responsible for monitoring the data and performance of our games, and will:

  • Build product dashboards that are updated weekly
  • Provide monitoring and analysis on organic and in-organic growth
  • Write-up outcomes / ROI for each experiment and campaign
  • Work closely with our developers to ensure our campaigns align with their product vision.

You will increase the number of high-quality inbound enquiries we receive from developers looking for a publisher by:

  • Building & maintaining a high-quality online presence
  • Running campaigns & experiments to attract submissions from new developers.

Requirements

About You

We are looking for someone inventive and entrepreneurial who is deep into data and details. Tenacious and hands-on, you are comfortable doing the implementation as well as the analysis.

Ideally, you will:

  • Have a demonstrable track record of optimising growth funnels
  • Be an extremely quick learner, able to absorb a lot of information
  • Able to produce concise summaries and action points

And although having experience in the games industry is not a requirement, a love of games definitely helps!
