  • Creative Strategy & Implementation - Develop compelling creative briefs and implement data-driven testing methodologies to identify high-performing assets that drive growth and engagement across channels;
  • Organic Growth & Content Marketing - Drive SEO strategy and content initiatives to improve unbranded search traffic and organic acquisition. Optimise HubSpot CRM for effective lead nurturing;
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Own campaign analytics across GA4, HubSpot, Tableau, and visualisation tools to extract actionable insights that drive performance. Lead regular reporting while identifying growth opportunities;
  • Collaboration - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align acquisition strategies and optimise budget allocation across channels. Proactively communicate progress and drive initiatives forward;
  • Growth Innovation - Explore and implement both digital and offline growth initiatives, including localised marketing campaigns that expand our market presence and deliver measurable results;
  • Budget Management - Establish effective budget allocation across all marketing channels; plan, present, review, and execute spending to maximise ROI and achieve growth targets.

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in multi-channel performance marketing (paid, SEO, CRM, offline);
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4, HubSpot, and campaign tracking;
  • Understanding of courier acquisition and B2B demand generation strategies;
  • Ability to test, iterate, and optimise across various acquisition channels;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design);
  • Experience in delivery, the food industry, or SaaS is a plus;
  • Required languages: French and English.
